5. The Cooperative may – at its sole discretion – amend the provisions of this document and/or the Terms and Conditions and/or those of any other document that replaces or supplements them in connection with the Website’s Terms of Use. Users are requested to refer to this page from time to time in order to read its current Terms and Conditions.
6. It is hereby clarified that words in this document importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and vice versa. Moreover, words importing the singular shall also include the plural and vice versa, as the case may be.

B. Data gathering and purposes
9. The Cooperative may collect and retain any information about Website users that was furnished by them or that was collected by the Cooperative as a result of and/or in connection with their use of the Website. There are two types of such information:
9.1. “Active Information” – information (such as names, addresses, emails, telephone numbers, etc.) that are disclosed by users for various purposes (registration and/or services rendered through the Website, online purchases, direct messages, customer services, etc.).
While viewing or using the Website, certain content and/or services may occasionally require a registration process that entails the disclosure of personal information. It is hereby clarified that users are not obligated (under applicable law or otherwise) to disclose such information or any other information to the Cooperative, although failure to disclose them could limit the viewing and/or use of the Website and/or any part thereof.

9.2. “Passive Information” – information that is collected without being actively disclosed by users (e.g.: browser types, user IP addresses, preferred websites and contents, device locations, and other anonymous information about the access to the Website, and more). This information is collected for such purposes as statistical data gathering, the Website’s management, the improvement of services rendered on the Website, and so on.
In this context, it is hereby clarified that the Website might include and/or make use of software programs and/or identification and/or monitoring technologies, e.g., cookies. These software programs and applications enable the Website to collect information about users (such as their personal preferences), inter alia for the purpose of the Website’s proper operation, its customization (tailored to user preferences), improved services, the authentication of information furnished through the Website, data security, and so on. The use of these applications is occasionally contingent upon the user’s consent, but it is hereby clarified that such consent is not always sought. It should be noted that the use of the aforementioned programs can occasionally be blocked (or removed from the user’s hard drive, in case they are saved thereon) through the web browser. However, the Cooperative is not responsible for and/or does not control any of the above, and users who wish to do so should examine the options available through their web browsers. In any event, please note that deleting cookies or discontinuing their use could prevent or limit the access to the Website and/or any part thereof.

10. The Cooperative may collect and retain any such information (both active and passive) in any manner and for any period of time at its sole discretion. It is hereby clarified that the Cooperative may collect personal information of users and unidentified information, inter alia to provide products or services, improve the Website and its user experience, improve the Cooperative’s products and services, manage customer relations, market and advertise the Cooperative’s products, engage in statistical and computational processing and analyses, etc. Moreover, it is hereby clarified that the Cooperative may include such gathered information in its databases.
11. It should be emphasized that the disclosure of information is contingent upon the user’s consent and wishes, and users are not obligated (under applicable law or otherwise) to disclose any information. Users may refrain from filling the fields intended for the aforementioned information and/or any part thereof (however, as stated, the viewing and retention of data on the Website is contingent upon the disclosure of certain information).

17. This Website employs various systems and procedures intended to secure and protect information and prevent unauthorized access. However, it is hereby clarified that the measures that we take to ensure data security do not provide complete protection. In light of the above, the Cooperative does not warrant that all of the information and everything included on the Website and the services rendered thereon are impervious to unauthorized access, and it cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to the information disclosed and/or gathered about users. We therefore recommend that users take care when they disclose information online in general, and, before they disclose such information to the Website, they should consider the benefits and risks entailed in such disclosure.
